  I found ARC Contracting based on the reviews and the overall positive experience people noted, which is why I’m writing this review. I DID NOT receive that same service. The sales guy who came to give me my estimate, Sam, had told me that if I signed my roofing contract that day and provided my deposit within a week, my roof would be scheduled and finished within two weeks of receiving the deposit. I got two other estimates which were about $2,000 cheaper but I ended up going with ARC due to the quick turn-around time and overall reviews they had online. I did not hear anything about the scheduling until I contacted the project manager myself. I was given an excuse of all the crews were too busy to meet the original deadline promised at the authorization of the project, which is a mediocre excuse at best. As far as the service goes, the working crews showed up and were quick and efficient; however, they didn’t complete the job as described in the contract. The warranty inspector, who works for ARC, had come to do my inspection and I had talked to him about the flashing and how it hadn't been completed since my original project manager on the project was no longer returning emails, phone calls, etc. The roof itself looks fine and I’m sure everything will be okay as far as installation goes; however, there needs to be more oversight on project managers in regards to their communication and project management skills. Unfortunately, the sales guy I had was not professional and a bad representation of what seems to be a decent company. I had two people where I work ask me about my roof replacement since they are getting quotes for their roof replacement, but I could not recommend this company based on the communication and project management I encountered during my experience with ARC.
